14 oz. Ribeye. For the true meat lover, this thick cut of meat will cover your plate. Loosen your belt for this succulent, juicy melt in your mouth experience! Most people that order the Deer Valley never seem to have enough room left to try our desserts, unless they get them to go that is.
"The Cowboy Way"
20 to 22oz. thick cut bone in Ribeye! We have done this monster as a weekend special for a while but due to popular demand we decided to add it to the every day menu. The old saying, "the closer to the bone, the sweeter the meat", absolutely applies here. This huge, marvelous cut of meat is the pinnacle of steak lovers delight. Very seldom can one say that quality and quantity go hand in hand but this jewell has mastered the art!
"Mama's Q's Filet"
8 oz. Filet. In honor of one of our most favorite family members, this tender, juicy cut comes from the highest regarded cut of beef, the tenderloin. It will melt in your mouth. This steak is the cut for the Queen of the family!
12 oz.of Certified Angus Beef Prime Kansas City Strip. We have upped our game on strips, this awesome steak is now the only Certified Angus Beef Prime Steak on our menu. Only 1.5% of all beef qualifies for Certified Angus Beef Prime and you will drive miles to find another restaurant that offers it. This flavorful, highly marbled Kansas City Strip will change your tune about ever wanting to try another cut!
"Daddy Joe's Center Cut"
10 oz. Center Cut Sirloin. This center cut sirloin is lean but marbled well for superior taste. This juicy piece of meat will fill.
8 oz. Sirloin. Obviously you can figure out where this one gets it's name, this baseball cut Sirloin is juicy and robust! This thick cut filet of sirloin is very lean and will have a very rich flavor. This cut is very thick and takes a little extra time to cook, we do no recommend that you order this cooked more than medium as it will be too dry.
8oz. Sirloin Strip. This heavily marbled strip of Sirloin is one of the best things I've ever come across in years. It's a special cut off of the Sirloin that you won't find in hardly any restaurant anywhere and one that I recommend highly! This is truly the best deal on the menu.
12 oz. Center Cut Pork Chop. This bone in, juicy pork chop will amaze you with flavor. It is thick cut and grilled to perfection.
6 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast. It's served on a bed of rice and topped with a grilled pineapple.

*Weekend Special - Smoked Prime Rib* Available on Friday and Saturday nights until gone. This has become one of our most popular items and you should probably plan to get here early on the weekends before it sells out. We smoke the prime rib all day, slow and low to ensure the flavor and the taste, it will melt in your mouth. We offer it in two sizes-10oz., 23.50 and 14oz., 28.50.

This is my personal favorite, seasoned with a sweet dry rub that has been perfected in Mama Rinda's back yard over the years at 4th of July cookouts, then smoked slow and low and finished with an old family mopping sauce. They will melt in your mouth.
